Massage Treatments

Our Experienced Therapists offer a wide variety of Treatments, so you can chose the Perfect Massage to suit your mood.

Sports Massage

Sports massage can be provided pre, during or post event. It is designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery.
Our experienced therapists will use a variety of massage techniques and stretches to aid in muscle recovery and relaxation to help you get back on the slopes and feeling great for another full days skiing.

Deep Tissue

Our therapists use specific techniques that affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia.
This helps with muscular pain, injury rehabilitation and also reduces inflammation-related pain
Similar techniques to that used in Swedish massage focus on the deepest layer of musculature, and the deeper pressures used are beneficial in releasing muscle tension. Which can boost mood, aid relaxation and help decrease stress.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy massage uses essential oils to help with relaxation, aid in healing and improved circulation. Our aromatherapist will blend specific essential oils for your individual needs, these are added to a carrier oil which is used during the massage.
Choose from a variety of oils including lavender, sandalwood, eucalyptus, orange, wintergreen, lemongrass and many more.

Swedish

Treatment is designed to energise the body by stimulating circulation, this is achieved by using a variety of vigorous treatments and long gliding strokes toward the heart. The aim of this therapy is to relax the entire body.
Swedish massage is extremely beneficial in increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing toxins and increasing flexibility. Excellent for easing tension after a full day out of the hill.

Hot Stones

Hot stones are heated in a water bath and placed on key points of the body. The heat from the stones dilate blood vessels and encourage an increase in blood flow.
The hot stones are combined with a full body massage which provides a very relaxing and healing experience. The heat from the stones allow a deeper relaxation and enables our therapists to get to deeper muscles layers.
The effects of this massage can also help ease chronic pain and reduce stress.

Reflexology

Reflexology is based on an ancient Chinese therapy and involves manipulation of specific reflexes in the foot, it can help with reducing pain, increasing relaxation and stimulates circulation and lymphatic drainage.
Reflexology encourages self healing by working with the bodies energy flow and helps maintain a balance in physical function.
